These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.
Please note we may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site.
Orders may be made online, by phone or by e-mail. If you wish to pay by cheque please allow an extra 5 working days for clearance of cheque before goods will be dispatched.
Up to the point you click the Submit Order button you will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order.
After you submit your order we will send you an email to confirm the details of your order.
A second email will be sent to you when we start to process your order. Please note that these emails are acknowledgements, not acceptance of your order.
Acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding contract between us will only occur when we send you a third email, which will confirm your order and contain details of how we will deliver the products to you. (Alternatively, all or part of your order may be declined for any reason, in which case our third email will tell you so.)
When deciding whether or not to accept your order, we may use certain information about you, including that received from credit reference agency checks. To help protect you and us against fraudulent transactions, we may pass your details to check against public and/or private databases. A record may be kept by Experian and used in future security checks.
If for any reason your payment details cannot be authorised, we will tell you and may invite you to pay by another method.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices on this site are in UK pounds (GBP £) and exclude VAT, VAT will be added to your basket at checkout payable at the current rate. Delivery charges are excluded in quoted prices.
The total cost of your order will made up of the price of the products, plus applicable delivery charge. All this will be shown in your shopping Basket before you submit the order.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before but not after we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we will tell you and may offer you an alternative.
We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.
We accept payment by Stripe and payment is deducted when your order is processed.
Delivery must be to an address in the United Kingdom or Ireland. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and small enough to be put through a letterbox). Please make sure to keep the receipt enclosed with the goods.
We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. Our charges are listed as you proceed to checkout. You only pay one delivery charge, irrespective of the number of products ordered. You will always be able to see all applicable charges before submitting your order.
HOW WE DELIVER
Most products are delivered either by courier or by post, depending on size and value. Large products are generally delivered by courier on a pallet. We will notify you which delivery method will used by email.
Delivery times are calculated in “working days” - Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). For orders placed after 3.00pm , please calculate your delivery time starting with the following working day (this includes next day service.)
Standard postal and courier deliveries should arrive within 5-7 working days, (to be safe, please allow a little extra during busy periods).
All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with a contact number for you to call. By prior arrangement it is possible to leave signed instructions for the delivery company to leave the parcel in an appointed place. Please contact us.
IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
MISSING, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Unless the Company receives from the customer written notice of a claim for wrong delivery or damage to, or loss of, goods, within 5 days of delivery then the lack of such written notice shall be conclusively deemed to show acceptance of goods as being delivered fully, in accordance with the delivery note. If your products arrive damaged or faulty, please follow the instructions in the delivery documents.
In the unlikely event that the goods are not available we will do everything we can to get the product as quickly as possible and will keep you notified by email or telephone.

The Company will do its best to supply goods and services at the price agreed but the company reserves the right to increase its prices to take proper account of fluctuation in exchange rates, increases in costs of materials or factors which are not under the Company’s control.
The Company shall be entitled to add the reasonable cost of carriage where it delivers goods and the cost of travel when services are rendered.
We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, delayed, or impeded by reasons of acts of God, war and other hostilities, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lockouts, trade disputes, acts or restraint of Government, imposition or restrictions of import or exports, floods,droughts,fire or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
